Welcome to our home, Little C! We are very excited to share this special corner of the world with you!
The house is situated in a remote and dramatic area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by beautiful beaches, whilst also being just a few minutes’ drive away from the harbour town of Padstow, the Pig Hotel at Harlyn Bay and Trevose Golf Club. It is the perfect place to enjoy all that North Cornwall has to offer whilst also allowing you to completely escape, rest and rejuvenate!
This site is a guide for friends and family who would like to borrow Little C when we can’t be there.
Little C is a pretty, traditional Cornish stone house which has recently undergone a light refurbishment to create a warm and cosy home. Upstairs the house consists of 5 bedrooms: 3 x king size double beds, 1 x twin room and 1 x single room. We think it is perfect for one family, two small families or couples looking for coziness with a bit more space to spread out.
Downstairs we have an open kitchen and family dining room with a wood burning fire; a TV snug to the front of the house with a second log burning stove; and a laundry/bootroom to the rear that we have created recently (and remains a work in progress!).
There are two bathrooms in the house: one family bathroom upstairs with a bath plus a very small shower room/downstairs cloakroom to the rear of the house.
The house is served by a lovely garden to the rear, plenty big enough for ball sports, and with views to the camel estuary to the east and the wild north Atlantic to the west. There is also a pretty front garden which faces south towards the hamlet and catches the afternoon sun and pinky sunsets. There is a separate drive that takes 2-3 cars.
We will leave the house with the basics and won't hide away our things, so please do enjoy, take-care and replace as depleted.
